Read a review about El Quelite

Come with us to make sure that your visit to the Colonial Village of El Quelite will be an unique experience. You will not find a more beautiful, clean and well-made town in the area. El Quelite has a Ranchero Lifestyle and you will be impressed by the elegant colonial houses with red roof tiles covered with colorful bugamvilias along with the perfectly made tile streets.

El Quelite is located 20 miles north of Mazatlan just across the Tropic of Cancer between the SIERRA MADRE MOUNTAINS and the Pacific Ocean. Great flora and fauna exist in the area. The main industries are cattle rising, agriculture, fruit growing and dairy products. Incredible architecture exists here from the past. In the temple you can admire oil paintings from the late 17th century. A stroll through the town is like walk though history. Enjoy the fine cuisine; such as the local dishes called machaca, asado and chilorio; which will satisfy anyone who visits El Quelite "The Colonial Pearl".
